These are not going to get bent and crumpled and can handle your papers. The only thing I'm not crazy about are the tabs they come with--they're like a sturdy cardboard, but I'm really finicky and am worried about the corners getting bent or the white getting dirty. If you keep your folders in a cabinet and don't take them out/rearrange them a lot I think you'd be fine; I'm just not gentle enough with my stuff.
